The COMPASSIONATE LISTENING SOURCEBOOK is downloadable to any PC or Mac that can run the Adobe Acrobat 4.0 thru 8.0 reader (which is available free from Adobe Systems). If you have an earlier version of Acrobat (less than 4.0) on your system, please upgrade to the latest version, which allows for high quality graphics and text display, small download files and up to 1600 dpi printing. If you intend to install a new version of the Acrobat reader, please bookmark this page, because you may have to restart your computer and return to this page before starting STEP 2, below.
STEP 1: IF YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL A NEW ACROBAT READER, CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW. OTHERWISE GO TO STEP 2.
Download latest Acrobat Reader
(select Win95/98/2000/XP or Mac version)
from Adobe(5MB) (This will take from 5 to 20 min.)
The Acrobat software package will require a simple
installation process: Write down the directory or
folder in which you saved the downloaded program file.
Log off the internet and close all applications. Find the
downloaded program file and double-click on it. At the
end of the installation process you may need to reboot
your computer. Go online again, come back to this page
and continue with STEP 2, below.
